TeachLogic By Williams AV
TeachLogic audio systems are the most inclusive and least disruptive solution for increasing student and teacher performance by creating equitable access to a teacher’s voice, so all instruction is clearly heard without needing to use their “teacher voice.”
TeachLogic is designed for teachers in classrooms of almost any size, whether in-person or hybrid.
It helps students with hearing difficulties, auditory processing issues, and second language learners, but it’s meant for everyone – because everyone deserves to hear the lesson content and their peers’ discussions equally well.
The Importance Cannot be Understated
Classroom noise can significantly reduce students’ ability to focus, process information, and retain what they hear. When background noise competes with a teacher’s voice, students must use more cognitive effort just to understand speech, leaving less mental capacity for learning.
This is especially challenging for younger children, non-native speakers, and those with hearing difficulties. Persistent noise can also lead to fatigue, frustration, and decreased motivation, affecting overall classroom engagement. Teachers may strain their voices trying to be heard, which can impact instruction quality over time.
Additionally, important details and instructions are more likely to be missed, leading to misunderstandings and slower progress. Overall, excessive noise creates an environment where both teaching and learning become less effective.
